2. Description of Service

WalletFinder.ai is a stock and cryptocurrency market intelligence platform that provides analytics, wallet tracking, stock screening, and related financial data tools. The Service is available through our website and associated applications.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card required.
  • Basic Plan: $21/month — access to core features.
  • Pro Plan: $49/month — full access to all features.
  • Lifetime Plan: $1,497 one-time payment — permanent access.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Academy Partner Program

Trading academies may apply to become WalletFinder partners. Partners receive:

  • Whitelabel platform with custom branding
  • Free access for up to 10,000 users
  • 3.5% recurring commission on premium subscriptions
  • Monthly payouts in USD

Partner terms are governed by a separate Partner Agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service (unless you are an approved Partner)
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

WalletFinder.ai does not provide financial advice. All data, analytics, and information provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information from our platform. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading stocks and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk of loss.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by WalletFinder.ai LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletFinder.ai LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
